Public Art, Illustration & Design for the
City of Brampton
Since 2021, I’ve worked with the City of Brampton to support several public art, illustration, and facilitation projects.
Beyond the Plate was one of the first of many new exhibitions in a new age of the Brampton Arts community. The project explored how food can connect people and reflect their histories, transforming vacant storefronts into vibrant window installations. This included working closely with community members to capture personal stories about food, which were later integrated into augmented reality (AR) animations, bringing the visual art to life in an immersive, interactive way. As well as, reusable tote bags designed for the City’s Tourism department.
